Dynafit (Dynamic Fitness) is owned and operated by Joe Heenan, Zack Vines and Chris Kurz. Located in the heart of downtown Listowel. Dynafit boasts a 10,000 sq ft facility, which is open to its members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With a full cardio section, freeweights, an open functional training area, a fitness studio, and tanning beds, Dynafit has something for everyone. We have two male, and two female personal trainers on staff, as well as a Chiropractor within the facility. Currently, our members range from 8 to 84 years of age, and they come in all shapes and sizes. With custom membership options, and no initiation fee, laziness is truly the only excuse you have to not come in and check us out. Relax...its only your own health your putting off.

A variety of payment plans are available from 1 day passes to 1 year memberships. Specials are available each month and we also offer family deals and group rates. As well, you can purchase combination deals that include tanning and the gym.
